Two strikes -I'm out

To be candid, don't know what to make of Nick Graham.Their dress shirts have great fabric, style /fit .But the shoes are a question.My first choice,the "Edwin",a dress casual brogue,seemed to suit my needs perfectly.But,with no sizes described , gambled blind,choosing size 10 M ,and lost .They picked a size 13 for me.Which was returned promptly.My replacement ?The "Randall" oxford .It would've been great ,looks/ correct fit, THIS time.Except for the black dye they paint the soles with (!!!) ,marring my linoleum up after I trying them on inside.My floors look like someone was doing donuts on a Harley.So,back go,yet another pair.Get it together ,Nick Graham.Or,you will lose not only my trust-but the Macy's account itself

These are GREAT shoes

These are well made, good-looking, substantial-feeling shoes. I love them. Upon trying them on, they immediately felt good. I walked around the house, then went straight to my PC and ordered another pair in a different color!
