Received Broken

I ordered several CANDLES and received them broken.. There was no packing material, just all of the candles thrown in a box. So as good sense would tell you, since they are encased in glass, they are bound to break during shipment. So I called Macy's and they immediately replaced them and told me to trash the first order. The replacement order arrived and guess what...SAME THING! All of the replacements were broken due to bad packaging. I called Macy's again and again was told to trash them and they refunded my money. Now I'm gettimg emails saying they will rebill me if I don't return them. How can I return what YOU told me to throw away?? DO BETTER MACY'S!
