Pretty dress for tall, skinny person. No lining

This is a pretty dress, but likely for a taller, slender person. I'm on the shorter side with a curvy figure and this was not flattering on me. Also, inside the dress, under the bodice wear the skirt starts, there is no lining for rest of the dress. Not only does that cheapen the dress, but it was super itchy since the fabric is rough.
