TERRIBLE SHIPPING EXPERIENCE

I've been eyeing the black and grey hoodie for months and was thrilled to get it on sale for my stepson during Black Friday at Macys, only to get the wrong color/version and then the black and grey one being sold out and now missing out on the Black Friday sales to buy someplace else. I suspect they put the wrong pic on their website which was misleading and sloppy.

Good quality, but does run small on sizing.

I ordered this product using the size chart, but when I received the package I realized the item looked a lot smaller than the size I needed. I ordered a Medium(10-12) but it fits more like an 8

Wrong Color Shipped

I ordered the Dark Grey Heather/Black Hoodie which is what my receipt shows. What I received was a Dark Grey Heather Hoodie. When I look at my order on Macys website, my order now shows Dark Grey Heather which is not the color I ordered. Why would Macy's go in and change my order and not notify me of the color change? Very disappointed.
