Complaint

I ordered two of these sets for my grandsons at the same time. First one arrived separately, perfectly fine. Second set arrived almost two weeks later with the pants and vest and no long sleeve shirt (tho tge tags clearly say 3 piece set). Very disappointed and go not know how to proceed. A hassle I don’t need

for the price I was expecting a little better quality, but it's the cheapest fabric and everything in this outfit is 100% polyester. Returned immediately.
