Get it together please

Very annoyed ‼️I’m trying to locate my package I called customer service on the phone 2 days in a row to inquire about the missing item. However to be on hold on two separate occasions back to back two days in a row for over an HOUR is CRAZY. I did agreed to the wait time of 10-15 minutes. According to the recording. And yes I did attach this for your reference. I hung up both times because I could no longer wait. Yall need to do better because for me to wait that long for what I’m sure would Have been 5 minute conversation. Shows the lack of effort Macy’s gives towards your customers better yet your customer service. Long story short I really do need the shorts for my son, we are going on a family trip. I gave 1 star bc I had too. It would Let me process this without it. But yall really don’t deserve it.
