I never received my package

I would like to get my item that I wanted, I have a security system and no one ever dropped off the package but I received a email saying that it was delivered? Very frustrating. I would recommend the product but I never received it

Hoody hat

The reason I gave 3 stars is that it stays open all around your head, except the neck part. Some people may like that but I would have liked if it had strings to be pulled on the sides to make it fit tight around my head. For that reason I returned it. Otherwise it looks nice and good material.
