Wrong Item

I ordered XL gloves and I have received youth gloves twice. I don't understand why Macy's cannot correct this problem. I talked to Customer Service and they explained, if they reorder I will have the same problem! Unbelievable!!!

Sent a child size

Macy's sent a pair of child-sized gloves instead of men's. Will have to return. Really disappointed.

Youth Size

I have ordered multiple pairs of gloves and most of them came in youth. I ordered men’s large, but they came in as a youth. The package is clearly labeled as youth. Macy’s needs to get their act straight.

Misslabeled

This product is completely miss-labeled. It is definitely not for men and will not fit men. It is for small children. It comes marked "youth", but that is nowhere in the online product description.
