Macy’s fails again to check for accuracy

I ordered this product in black, but received it in grey! If black was no longer available, at least Macy’s Online could have had the curtesy to say so! Very disappointed again! Highly recommend shopping in store, instead of online! Macy’s Online Service has really gone downhill!
