Great All Purpose Trainer

Light, flexible, comfortable, and stylish. I have flat and somewhat wide feet, but have no problems with these shoes. I own two pairs and use them for EVERYTHING: weight lifting, body weight/mobility workouts (thanks to NTC ;) ), running (3-5mi runs), and just walking around the city . Versatility indeed! Runners note: Despite a flat foot my pronation is neutral. These may not be best for those who over pronate and need stability.

Yo, these shoes are LIT!!!

I'm 6ft 1, 255 lbs, athletic, late-40's and Diabetic. Big guy with flat, sensitive feet. These shoes fit the bill as in comfort, durability, looks (I got the black one with white soles) and practicality. I wear these shoes everywhere: work, travel, exercise, shopping, coaching youth sports and chillin'. Wear them with jeans or shorts, with or without socks. No need to change the insoles, they're pretty comfy right out the box, they hold up very well...no defects. I may get another pair. Highly recommended!!

Good value and performance

I have flat feet and am very sensitive to the shoes I wear. So far, I have had to go a half size up on these. I usually wear a 9, but a 9.5 felt most comfortable to me. I do an exercise boot camp 5-6 days a week. I do all different kinds of exercises from light running to calesthetics to lifting weights. So I am jumping, lifting, and shifting my body weight on my feet constantly. With all that said, I have enjoyed the performance of these shoes. I like how the shoes flex with my foot, it doesnt slide off my heel. It definitely works as advertised. I recommend this shoe for circuit training, thats what I use it fir. Good value at under 100.

I'm thinking of getting another color!

I like how this shoe feels. Great support (I'm flat footed) my feet don't slide around inside... nice and snug. No pinching or sore spots. Very good shoe - I enjoy wearing it.

Wide and stable

I have owned a couple pair of Nike Free. Most recently the Free 5.0. They are great shoes, but this one is much more stable. The heel cap is pretty tough and the toe box is wide.

Good but quality concerns

I got my shoe a couple weeks ago from another reputable website. However, after playing volleyball 1 time, the black coloring around the toe along the top of the sole has rubbed off. It looks like a huge white spot. It's ugly and not what I would expect from Nike products. But if you need comfort and don't care about looks.

Favorite training shoe

These have great traction for circuit training. They're very comfy I own 3 pairs of these, my original from a year ago are still in great shape. These and the zoom 3s are the best training shoes I've used from Nike.
