Tight boot opening, hard sole makes these relatively uncomfortable

Gave these a shot, given the glowing reviews and sale price, but unfortunately these aren't Nike's best offering . I have a 10.5 semi-wide foot and found these a bit challenging to put on given the tight boot opening. Once on, they fit well and have good arch support, but the soles are of a very hard material and lack the cushioning of other Nike/Air Jordan shoes I've worn. Will be returning them.
