Be careful when you pay cash

The cashier didn’t put the receipt in the bag, so I was unable to exchange the item for a different size. Another time, a cashier refunded me only half the price of a returned item, which I only realized after I got home. It seems like they try to shortchange customers who pay with cash at Macy’s stores.
