Doesn’t fit like on pictures

Doesn’t fit like it should. Disappointed by this item. Feel like a clown wearing it. The bottom part fits like tights but the upper part is too loose and ill fitting. Seems like they didn’t sew it properly. Poorly executed

Fabric is like a windbreaker, thin yet soft. Style is great. I just can't understand why the ankle openings aren't elastic. I can't even get my feet through...
