Disappointed

After waiting two weeks for a shipment, the wrong color was shipped. I had requested the color black and white was received. The black color was preferred because it was more distinctive. Customer service stated that black was back ordered and not available. Two weeks after returning the wrong item, I am still waiting for my credit card to be reimbursed.
