Disappointing experience

Ordered an OKC SGA jersey and received a New York Knicks D Rose jersey... placed an additional order of the same jersey just for them to refund that order 2 days later because it is out of stock. I went a week thinking that I surely would receive the jersey I want if I placed 2! orders for the same jersey and I ended up with a completely different jersey and a refunded order a day before the event
