Horrible experience

It is very disappointing when the representative can not follow through with the request of the customer. I purchased the last item online for Xmas and I never received it. There was a lack of communication between Macys and UPS, which UPS always steals the packages once the package are not delivered. Very sad this is what customers are experiencing during the holidays.

DISAPPOINTED

I ordered this vest as a Christmas gift for someone with an expected delivery date of 12/23. I received an email stating the order would be delayed until after Christmas, which wasn't ideal, but not the end of the world. To my surprise, the vest was delivered on 12/24. However, I ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT BELIEVE the condition the vest arrived in. The bag was torn and melted on both sides. The plastic package melted right onto the vest and completely ruined it. The vest was not placed in any type of interior packaging, and arrived dirty and damaged with melted streaks of plastic adhered to the front and back. To make matters worse, the vest was no longer available online or in nearby stores. Truly disappointed in the lack of care Macy's took to mail this item!

I bought for my son and he loves it. I noticed some Nike stuff has been made cheap lately. This vest is actually good quality. Good buy
