Better customer service in the children department

I came into Macy’s one day last week to buy my little grandson, some shorts and shirts. I walked into one of the workers and I asked her. Where can I find the toddler clothes? She pointed her finger and showed me, but I don’t think that was good Customer service but unfortunately, I found the section myself. I really think that Macy’s need to get more variety of toddler clothes like more boys shorts and boys shirts but overall I love shopping at Macy’s.
