It doesn't work

I need to return this. It does not work and there is. I way for me to return using the app.

Non working straw

Defective product. Sucking device doesn't work. Does keep ice for over 24 hours and the bottle doesn't sweat. Will keep due to low price and don't want to deal with a return.

The straw doesn't work. Nike should have recalled these water bottles. I had to research why it didn't work & was surprised to find many postings that it didn't work, it's defective. Additionally, it didn't even keep my drink cold for the 12 hours that I tested. Boohoo on Nike.
