order cancelled

I saw this online and a purchased them for my wife as a surprise. I ordered a matching shirt also. I waited several days for the order to be processed just for the sneakers portion to be cancelled. Then I received a 25% off code for the inconvenience that I can’t even use on buying a different pair of sneakers because the code is invalid for sneakers purchases.
