I definitely recommend sizing up! I am a 7.5- 8 and got a 7.5 and it fit a little tight so I do recommend sizing up half a size and I don’t recommend for the gym, could be a little uncomfortable but overall a nice shoe

Only for looks

I love the look of this sneaker but I can't walk in it for too long cuz it makes my feet hurt AND I can't stand the squeakiness of the sole. Apparently that's a common thing, but then why do they costs so much. Mine were a gift, that's the only reason I own a pair.

Cute but arch pain

Had to return since they are extremely painful in the arches. Super cute shoes, bought a 1/2 size larger and it was a great fit but as someone with naturally narrow feet, this shoe was too narrow in the arch.
