Best Shoes For Training

I have been wearing the Air Zoom Strong for my workouts for the past couple of months. The Nike Women's Fit expert helped me select them after I described to her the type of workouts I do - mainly turbo jam (kickboxing), zumba, and sculpting using hand weights (squats, lunges, floor work). She shared her personal experience using them and I really appreciated it. I have to say she was right, I love them! I went up a half size to 6.5 as I usually do with Nike even though the expert said they were true to size. They still have a good, tight, but comfortable fit. It took a couple weeks to break them in, however now they are perfect! I really notice a positive difference in the way I'm able to move and the way my feet and legs feel after I work out. In addition to all that, they look great on my feet!

The best shoes!

I just love those shoes! Looks really cool and I like to use it for running. Never had problem with Plantar Fasciitis while using those shoes. I came here to buy again, but haven't found the color I want (black with yellow sole). Wish you had more options with colored soles.

Love these shoes!

I was a swimmer growing up so I never really saw the merit of investing in good trainers, but I recently started doing a lot more intensive exercise in my routine and I thought I needed some better shoes for ankle support and whatnot. These are amazing! Comfortable, supportive, and I love the velcro that keeps the laces from untying. And they look great too! 100% recommend.

Favorite Training Shoes

I LOVE these shoes. I just purchased them in another color because they are such a great training shoe. I have narrow feet with high arches and the strap really holds my foot in such a comfortable way that's hard to find. I do a lot of circuit training and weights and they're perfect for both types of work outs. Highly recommend!

Love these

I work for a shoe store,so I'm very picky when it comes to shoes. Theses are now one my favorite work shoes. The fit perfectly and comfortably. I would buy the other color if I had the extra money to do so.

Love these - more colors please!

I've been working out in my air zoom strongs for about 8 months and love them. From HIIT to cross training and lifting, they can really do it all. Sizing is pretty typical to Nike - I'm normally an 8.5 in almost ever other brand but always a 9 in Nike. I'm also pretty narrow and find they fit well - I don't have to lace them up too tight. My only complaint is that there aren't more colors to choose from! I have the rose gold pair and I am dreading the day I need to replace them.

I got them 2 weeks ago ,been wearing them every day since . Very comfortable and lightweight. Great for running.
