Horrible Return/Customer Service
I ordered a size 7 during the labor day sale, the shoes that were mailed to me where the completely wrong shoes. They were a size 9 which is 2 sizes too big and nike air max which is not where near the legacies. When I went to return the shoes, I was met with resistance from Chen from customer service who was making the return exceptionally difficult arguing with me about the form of pay I used even though I showed him multiple times on the order summary that I was handing him the correct form of payment. He kept insisting that I used a Macy`s card even though I do not own a macys card and had proof of payment via my online receipt. He even asked what the issue was when I went to return asking for the correct shoe to be sent to me. He said that the "warehouse no longer had the size I needed so all I could get was a refund". My question is why did no one send an email informing me that they no longer had my size in the shoe? Instead having to go through an incredibly difficult process of returning the shoe, arguing that the wrong shoe was sent and then having to argue that the form of payment used was the one I had in my wallet. Overall a horrible experience from all parties involved making it so I will not be ordering shoes from Macys`s again.
Shoes look worn
I bought these for my niece for the first day of school, but the shoes came discolored and scuffed like they were worn. Initiated my return immediately. Macy’s should quality control their items before shipping. Will not buy sneakers from them again

Poor quality I was expecting an and sneaker where dirty so it wasn’t a new product. I didn’t want to return it just to avoid the process of returns. Overall horrible experience with this product and this is the second time I order from here and I get an used item

My new favorite.
Definitely my new favorite shoes. I love he style and the look. For me they dress up jeans, but I also wear them with shorts. They’re very comfortable, but just for the look I would wear them anyway.

Nike’s Shoe Sizing
I just bought these sneakers for a lady friend for her birthday later in August. I just saw that it says that the shoes run small. I hope these Nikes fit my friend who is a size 6 1/2. If these don’t fit, I will be once again extremely disappointed with Nike and their sizing, their sizing stinks! I have had to return two different types of expensive Nike basketball shoes myself in the last two weeks! How do they expect to run an online business if they don’t have the sizing right! People don’t have time to ship back-and-forth these shoes until you get the sizing right. You guys need to get your sizing right immediately or you might as well shut down your website! -Brad in Cleveland

Love these In leather better
I love these shoes. They’ll match any colors like darks or neutrals. I had a pair last year In the cloth style. I like the leather ones better. The only thing I didn’t like Is the lime green foam Inside. I wasn’t too big on the lime green color but other than I love them.
