  • I bought two pair of shoes this doesn’t look like boxes The delivery need a signature. They stole my gift and yes I’m upset. Macy gave me a refund but the delivery driver stole my gift. Shameful

SUPER LOUD SHOE

THESE SHOES ARE SO LOUD!! They almost make the sound of wearing heels when you’re walking on concrete. They also feel super cheap which I’m sure is bc of the sustainable material, but yeah be warned they are super loud.

Shocked

I received these shoes and they had been worn, still covered in grass. Placed in the box not wrapped with tissue nor paper, the shoes didn’t have the cardboard nor paper inside of them either. I was shocked and very disappointed in Macy’s. I’ve slowly seen a decline in the way the items are being shipped but this is unacceptable. Needless to say they were immediately returned and not reordered!
