Great Trainers!

As an aggressive Power Walker that incorporates step-ups, squats, lunges and calf-raises into my outdoor workout, finding shoes that supports my pace and leg exercises has been challenging. These do that and then some. They are very comfortable and as someone who suffers from shin splints, provide great support while giving me the correct balance for the leg exercises. Love these so much that I’m planning to purchase another pair. If you need fast walking/jogging/running support while having the ability to do leg workouts, these are the shoes!

Favorite Training Shoe! And I’ve tried a lot

These are my favorite training shoes! I would prefer to train without shoes BUT when I need shoes I love these. I’ve had the metcons (new and old) and so many others and these are by far my favorite. Really comfortable, stable, and last a long time! I use them mostly for kettlebell work, lifting, and some slight cross training although I wouldn’t recommend them as a running shoe.
