A great running shoe for high arched feet

I found these shoes to be very nice. I like the style and the glove like fit. If you have high arches like me it can be hard to find a shoe with the right amount of arch support. These are perfect . I bit the bullet and tried them out on a 7 mile training run. I expected to have to loop back and change my shoes ..(I brought an extra pair for back up) however that was not neccessary at all my feet didnt have any complaints. The only suggestion I would have is maybe a tad more cushion..but its definitely not a deal breaker. The shoes are great.

Very tight...

I got these in purple for Christmas. They were really tight and often cause my feet and toes to go numb while wearing them. I have 3 other pairs of Nike shoes in womens size 7 that fit no where near how tight these do. I love the shoes though and I'm really bummed that I haven't been able to stretch them out enough to fit comfortably. I had to remove the inserts from the shoes completely and that made them slightly less tight but I'm still unable to wear them even without the inserts and without socks. I also don't have wide feet so I know that isn't the issue. I just ordered these in a womens size 8 hoping they will fit better.

Here's why you should not buy these...

They have HOLES in the bottom. Actual holes. So if you run over soft dirt, mud, gravel, the dirt/mud/gravel gets stuck in the stupid holes! And then you track it in the house. I had a tiny pebble stuck in one of the holes and it scratched the wood floor in my house. I ran thru mud the other day and now it's all dried up in the holes. I'm going to have to blast them with the hose to get the dried mud out otherwise I'll be tracking it everywhere I go. Seriously flawed design.

They're OK

It's a nice shoe but for me, it's uncomfortable. I don't have a high arch so the arch support is too much for me. If it weren't for that, it'd be fine.
