Purse delivered to wrong state

I reported this problem to a lady in customer service and she said she would send me another purse since they delivered mine to Georgia. I live in Kentucky. I have never received the purse! I am a very good customer. Maybe I need to shop Dillards!

I liked the purse a lot, but the purse had a pearl that fell off in the bag so I had to reattach it. Luckily nothing else was missing.

Classy bag

I ordered this purse in both black and silver to use with my outfits for a wedding. They are so eye catching with the pearls as an accent. I also like the handle vs just chain strap (which it also has); gives it flexibility. Highly recommend.
