Shoe looks cheap

I purchased these shoes to be used during playtime with a princess dress for a granddaughter.First off the shoes run big, second they just look and feel cheap. The flower on top of shoe was wrinkled and looked messy. These shoes were packed up the same day they were delivered and are on the way back to Macy’s Very disappointed .
