It's a beautiful bag, however...

The bag is absolutely beautiful—the perfect size and a sparkling pink color. However, the chain is awful, made of cheap material. The good thing is that you can still use the bag as a clutch, and you can always buy a new chain if you want to wear it as a crossbody bag.
