Love this jacket

This jacket came quickly and fits well. The material is soft with a medium weight. It was bought specifically to give me some coverage (especially with the hoodie) with airport travel without the bulk of other types of jackets. Looking forward to wearing it in two weeks.

Macy’s Employees Pulled A Fast One

NEVER received item! Ordered several items and Macy’s said I could wait until last item in order arrived in-store to pick up. ALL items arrived at store and I was given the 7 days deadline. 9am Thursday, the 6th day, I received email from Macy’s saying items were refunded because they were not picked up. WEIRDEST thing about email, it stated items were refunded on Friday, 5/23/25. But it was Thursday, 5/22/25. AND NOT ALL items in order were returned. Called Macy’s CS to find out what’s going on. They couldn’t offer a plausible explanation. Asked if Macy’s policy of holding items until the last item in order was received and they told me if I wanted that to happen, I would have to call the store. Hung up after 20 minutes as they could not offer explanation. Went on-line to CS and still nothing. On-line was polite, but still not helpful. I felt there was shadiness going on by Macy’s staff. Why was it saying refunded on 5/23/25 and it was 5/22/25. Keeping a closer eye on my account.

Fabric pilling

I like the look and bought both pieces. It runs large and the hem ties were awkward because the length runs a tad long. I was afraid I would trip but I didn't. My only problem was after two wears the fabric had pilled so badly I can no longer wear the outfit.

Bottomless

Sad that the Hoodie arrived without bottoms! Did not know I needed to buy them separately! Purchased for a new boy mom to wear home from hospital…. Picture was misleading, store app should give option to add bottoms.
