Macy’s Employees Being Shady

NEVER received item! Ordered several items and Macy’s said I could wait until last item in order arrived in-store to pick up. ALL items arrived at store and I was given the 7 days deadline. 9am Thursday, the 6th day, I received email from Macy’s saying items were refunded because they were not picked up. WEIRDEST thing about email, it stated items were refunded on Friday, 5/23/25. But it was Thursday, 5/22/25. Called Macy’s CS to find out what’s going on. They couldn’t offer a plausible explanation. Asked if Macy’s policy of holding items until the last item in order was received and they told me if I wanted that to happen, I would have to call the store. Hung up after 20 minutes as they could not offer explanation. Went on-line to CS and still nothing. On-line was polite, but still not helpful. I felt there was shadiness going on by Macy’s staff. Why was it saying refunded on 5/23/25 and it was 5/22/25. Keeping a closer eye on my account.

Trendy and comfy

First of all, I love, Nina Parker, and her designs. They are very stylish and very appropriate for even a mature woman like myself. I purchased the hoodie with the pants and it was the perfect outfit and I wore it for my birthday and I felt cute and comfortable all day. I was very surprised about how lightweight the material is. I first thought it was going to be a fleece type material, but it was very light and wonderful for a cool spring day. I wear a 1x but I think I would have been able to wear an OX very comfortable comfortably as well. The pants do run a little long, so I took advantage of the bungee cord to bring them closer to my ankle so they would not drag and I could still wear a flat gym shoe, but this outfit is so cute. A pair of heels would have been perfect as well. It’s a great buy.

2 looks with one pair of pants

I got them on sale, so worth EVERY penny! Love that they are two looks with one pair of pants! The fabric is stretchy, but does not stretch out when you wear it. I should have ordered down a size, but I can sew/alter my own clothes, so I'll just do that rather than return or order another pair. So far, the fabric has not started to pill.

Pants are a problem..

I was eager to receive this outfit to wear when I was going away on vacay. The button down shirt is great! But the pants are way too long!!! I would need to wear 6” stilettos in order for not drag the floor and I feel that still wouldn’t stop them from dragging.The pants are also very wide with parachute cords. I was disappointed because I had to rush to find something else to take on vacay with me…
