Pretty but no support

Shoes are pretty but I couldn’t hold them on.

Heel height is not based on where your heel is.

The heel heighr for this Lizelle shoe is not 2 ¾ in, but rather 3 ¼ in. I measure from the ground, up to where your heel would be in the shoe. (where your foot heel meets the shoe) Unfortunately, the brand seems to use a production spec measurement for heel height. Where the heel part is glued to the rest of the shoe, under the instep). This measurement has nothing to do with the FIT ON YOUR FOOT. Most women know how many inches off the floor they feel comfortable having their foot elevated to. That is what I measure… because that is important to shoppers to know how high their heel is off the floor. (manufacturing specs are not relevant to the purchasing decision).
