Pretty Purse but...

I received this purse today. It's a little smaller than expected. The magnetic closure doesn't seem to work very well and the straps are supposed to be adjustable. Not sure how to adjust but it seems like it will only adjust shorter, not longer which is what I want. The purse is beautiful and stylish but looks like the flap will be sticking up most of the time, meaning it won't close.
