Low Quality Strap

One month into using it, the strap broke (same issue as another reviewer). Macy's told me that it was past the return period so the best they could do was replace with the same bag. I'm concerned the problem will occur again so I'm disappointed I wasn't able to at least receive store credit instead.

Purse not as expected

This purse was disappointing. I was going to consider keeping it, but the over shoulder small buckle faux leather like band was never sewn on. I will return due to damaged. It also looks inexpensive.
