Great dress but the first tier is in an odd place

The first tier on the dress hits at the waist and is only a few inches above the next tier. This has the effect of making it look like it is a tank top sewn onto another dress. Unfortunate because the fit was flattering, but it looked too strange.

Disappointed!

The shape of the dress looks elegant but the fit is different in real life. It appears the the top of the dress hits the hips on the model. It actually much higher and ruins the shape of the dress and it doesn't hang correctly. Fabric quality is alright but the colors are brighter and I prefer the softer colors. Dress is completely line .
