Disappointed

I am a bit disappointed with my purchase. Am really picky about kitten heels & these are not as "sexy" as I hoped they would be. Also very annoyed that the other two pairs of kitten heel sandals I ordered at the same time weren't received. Spoke at long length to customer service & due to language barrier, I still don't know exactly why the other two were returned & are being re-sent. Believe me, if the shoes were available in a store I'd much rather have gone than have to put up with this aggravation.
