Had to return the shoes because when I fit it, the shoes was loose. I ordered size 5 but when I tried it on it felt like size 6. First time his brand, Nine West, messed up. All my Nine West brand shoes were okay.

Pretty Shoe
The shoe is very pretty but so stiff! Is manageable to walk in because the heel size is small.
Perfect shoe
This is literally the perfect wardrobe staple shoe. You can wear them all day long at work, for after hour and at church. I’m old school, so a leather shoe is my jammmm… Nine West for the win!

Arrived with no box top!
This pair of shoes arrived in a Macys packing box. I opened the box and the shoes were a mess. They were not properly packed. There was no box top, they were not wrapped and looks like they were thrown in from a display. The shoe box was also labeled last act . The shoes were not carefully wrapped in the tissue and one of the tissue shapers that go inside the shoe were missing. The shoes are fabric so it would be helpful if they wrapped the shoes. I did not pay a last act price for these shoes but they looked like a last act! I buy this brand and style of shoe often and these are gaping at the heel and appears that someone walked around the store in these shoes. They also run wide. I thought these were coming from the manufacturer but they did not and came from Macy’s. The quality has really gone down and these shoes will only last one season. The soles are so thin in the front and will wear out easily which will make these shoes useless. Do better Macy’s!
Wrong color
Nine West doesn't know their colors! The shoe was a purple plum, not burgundy! Very disappointed. It's a shame because I like the quality and fit. Won't make this mistake again!
Burgundy Pumps
They are beautiful. I like the heel height. The color is a dark burgundy. I wouldn't have minded a lighter shade of the color.
