Poor fit - GREAT MACY’S SERVICE

While the shoe fits poorly. (The lower strap is too short and not adjustable.). Needed these for prom, ordered from Kohl’s and they took 4 days to ship…by tracking knew would never make it. Paid for the extra fast shipping from Macy’s (Who also had the shoes cheaper!) and MACY’s made sure we got what we paid for and had the shoes in time! Now Macy’s has great returns since never worn and all we are out was the shipping fee we wanted, and got, from Macy’s great service!
