Great shoe, received a worn, creased & dirty pair

This is a beautiful shoe & I got a lot of compliments! However, Macy’s sent me a creased, worn and dirty pair which was disappointing. I recommend the shoe is new & clean!

Gorgeous bootie

Gorgeous but not a very comfortable bootie. Make sure to apply a treatment to the leather. I ruined mine the first time I wore them.

These are very cute and a need for fall/winter outfits however they do run large I’m usually a 9 but i will have to exchange for a 8.5 . The ankle part is also kind of wide so that also makes it uncomfortable with the loose fit

Due to the split ankle shank opening secure fit is lacking. I wear a size 5B. This boot runs slightly larger than Coach brand which is beneficial for a thicker winter sock. However the lack of snug fit around ankle shaft gets a 4 star. The leather upper is authentic which makes this price point excellent. Authentic leather boots are limited due to Cost and Supply of leather in manufacturing.

They're comfortable and fit perfectly
