It’s a very cute bag, but the stitching is really poor that one of the pockets is already coming apart.

disappointed

The bag is fine but the finish touches are horrible , terrible sewing work , not sure how it passed quality control . I throw away the package so I can’t return it but it will be taken to the show repair guy to fix the issues . Very disappointed . Maybe that’s why it was on sale in the Macy’s app .

Very disappointed

It was a Christmas gift for my mother. It was taking so long to deliver so I ended up buying something else for her. I called customer service and tried to cancel my order but they messed up big time. After a while I noticed my bank account that they charged me and the product never arrived. Its status shows delivered in my macy’s account but I never received the product. When I complained such things occurred the customer service rep lied to me and never refunded my money.top of that they blocked the case for some reason and now I am still waiting for the result. The customer service rep not trained enough and they barely can solve the problem.

Stuck with Not impressed

What can I say? Just wasn’t impressed with this purchase. It’s big and bulky, I feel if the material wasn’t so stiff it would have been better. But I’m stuck with it since I procrastinated too long on sending it back.
