Shoe fail

I’m not sure if it’s the shoe or Macys but that should get the rating. I have several Nine West shoes and don’t have an issue, but this particular she was very wide and stretched out. There was no wrapping on the shoe or inside of the shoe so Im not sure if the shoe was a return or if it’s just not a very wide cut shoe, in which case if you wear a medium you would need a narrow to keep it on your foot.
