doesn't hold your foot in shoe

Beautifully crafted. Fine quality, real leather, perfect length, size, but the heel slips off when walking. Disappointing. These are exactly what I wanted. Apparently the opening of the foot is too big so the sides don't support your foot and/or the heel is too wide.
