Couldn't wear because wrong shoes sent

I paid expedited shipping to have for a wedding and was sent 2 left shoes sizes 7 and 8. There was no way to contact customer service to request a refund for shipping. Shoes are very pretty though

Nice sandals

I wanted to love these! They appeared more bronze in color than natural with gold. Even though they were the correct color. They were okay in comfort but not for standing for long periods of time. Fit true to size.

These shoes in gold are pretty and subtly sparkly to dress up your outfit. May be too wide for a narrow foot. I got my regular size but my foot is slightly wide. Took off one star because there was some green paint/gummy material stuck to the top beads that I had to pick off. Where is quality control!? I expect these to be normal Nine West quality, decent.
