Back sling is defective. Too big came off my feet and i took a nasty fall.

In the picture it looks like it’s a gray shoe but it’s actually really bright white so I had to returned it. Also please read all the comments about the back plastic yes the back strip is really loose

This is a very pretty shoes, fit great but the strap kept falling off. Was heart broken that I had to return it.

The sling back is not adjustable it is too loose it comes off my foot when I try to walk Too bad that they are trying to save some money by taking away the hardware for adjusting the size. What a waste! I bought it but I will never be able to ware it

I have these in pale blue and they are great - so I was disappointed to find that the back strap of these is stretched to the point that it's not functional. (As another reviewer commented, it looks like the plastic rod that comes in the shoe overstretched it - too bad.)

I agree with the other reviewer who said the slingback part of this sandal is way too big for the back of your heel and just falls off. I noticed the shoes came stuffed in the box with that wooden stick-like thing stretching it out so I wonder if that’s why the sling back is so stretched. So be warned that this makes the shoe unwearable and I returned them. They are a lighter neon pink in person slightly different than the online photo. They felt comfortable and not too high but that back sling back part needs to be fixed as it seems defective to me and I own many and don’t have this issue with other sling backs.

I love patent and slingback shoes that is why I ordered them. I paticularly liked the heel shape on this shoe, it's so fashionable. Unfortunately, the slingback strap is too long; therefore, it doesn't snug my heel so I can't walk in them. Therefore, I'm returning them. I'm ordering another brand that the slingback strap has a buckle to adjust and snug my heel.
