Disappointed

Gorgeous heels and perfect for my upcoming engagement photos. However, I clearly received a right shoe that had been worn and returned by another customer. I assume Macys did not inspect their return and thought it was okay to send me a dirty shoe. Not pictured is the sole at the point of the shoe coming out and off the shoe when I took it off. The box came extremely beat up. The shoes were also packed differently, telling me they were not an original pair. Wanted to love these and I do, just very annoyed and disappointed with the quality I received.
