NW is a now a NO for me!

Very disappointed in all regards! I only pulled one boot from the box--had several scuffs and a gouge near the zipper. The boot is not well made. The heel is unattractive and cheapens the entire look (weird reptile plastic). I tried on the boot anyway for the review. The calf is very wide (seems excessively so for a non-wide-calf fit); otherwise, seems true to size. I don't know what happened to Nine West. I own a tall black FULL leather pair of boots I love and have had for years. I've resoled and reheeled them multiple times because I haven't found another pair I like as much. But, they need to be replaced. I've tried several new NW styles and unfortunately, NW quality is nothing like it used to be. I also purchased a pair of NW burgundy heels listed as "leather" in this same Macy's order (again, to replace what I thought was the same pair I bought years ago and worn out). They clearly say "synthetic" on the interior of the shoe. Get it together NW. You've lost a loyal customer.

Stunning boots, but wide in calve sizing

These boots are beautiful. The chocolate brown is perfect. The foot section is TTS (I usually wear an 8, and the 8’s fit perfectly ) BUT…the sizing on the calves are 17 1/2 wide and mine are 14 1/2, so they feel large I’m not sure if I’ll keep, but they are beautiful boots
