Damaged in packaging process

Sadly the packaging materials rubbed the delicate leather material and the white material scratched and transferred into the boot. I’ll have to return them.

Train Your Associates

The boot may be great but I needed a boot that was NOT wide calf. My issue is with Macy's who returned the boot and order the same boot again (twice). Now, I will just return the boot without an order to replace it. Very frustrating.

Beautiful Boots

the softest leather boot and quality made. I am 5'2" and it does come up right into the bend of my knee. That would be my only complaint. They are so beautiful!!!
