Backstrap Not Made Right

Nine West missed the mark on this sandal. Hate the square toe. Back strap is not adjustable & so is very big & loose--does not come close to fitting around my heel. This shoe is just not made right. Not Nine West quality.

This shoe runs really small I got a 9M and it didn’t fit I recommend going a size up
