Heel Doesn't Grip

Very pretty shoe, but heel didn't grip so I kept walking out of it. I tried adding heel padding, but it didn't help. Unfortunately, I have to return.

In love!

Perfect! So, the color is more like a mustard nude color. I'm usually between a 6.5 and a 7. Got the 6.5. Fit is amazing. Heel height is great for all day wear.
