Ninja is a really substandard brand. I have owned this model and a big expensive blender of theirs and they both broke down very quickly. Like most companies they build in planned obsolescence and it’s a really shady way of doing business. Don’t buy Ninja.

Love it, but needs quality improvement
My partner and I both have one of these blenders and we love them for making post-workout smoothies with protein powder and frozen fruit. But, we have both experienced what other reviews mention that it stops working. Shows purple (ready to blend), then goes to red after clicking the start button and doesn’t blend. Ninja just issued me a replacement as my last one only lasted 3 months. Hoping this one lasts longer and they improve this product because it is truly so handy!

Not what I expected
This little machine was highly recommended but it lacks power I only make one smoothly per day and the battery capacity just doesn’t cut it. Right now I’m waiting for the machine to charge…. I need a stronger machine. ☹️. I was attracted by the size and portability but no. Did t work for me.
Do not purchase this product
This product has alot of issues with it. It takes forever to charge and doesn't work half the time.Im really bummed about this.I always thought Ninja was a great product

Disappointed
Mine doesn't stay charged, I would put it on charge for an hour then use it, within 5 minutes its completely dead again

Powerful
Small but mighty, I was able to quickly make my smoothies. It definitely cuts time in half. The color I bought is perfect. I definitely recommend it.

Stopped working after a few uses
It worked really well for a month or so, then it was a little less responsive, and now it wont even blend. I put t on the charger and it shows solid green (fully charged), I take it off the charger and after pressing the power button it shows solid purple (ready to blend)... nothing happens. I try to press it again and then it blinks from purple to red to purple to red. I have tried all the tips and tricks online and nothing has helped... I am really disappointed because I really enjoyed this item while it worked, but I ended up just wasting 60 bucks.
