I have had two of these blenders. They worked great at first and I loved it, but they both stopped taking a charge. Very disappointed in this product.

Battery drains after 2 or 3 blends
Battery charge lasts for just a couple blends. Blender looks nice but battery needs improvement.

Awful product and costs a lot
This product is awful. Tried using it twice since buying it in January. The first experience was awful - you have to sit and constantly shake it to blend anything cold in it and it still doesn't fully blend it. It's why we didn't use again till now and same thing sits and blinks red and won't let you blend it. Then when it turns green to blend - you press the button and it doesn't work. If you somehow get it to turn on - it only turns for two second and then turns red again!

I bought this item new and trust ninja brand. But this product stop working on first day. Green flashing lights stayed even after changing more than 5 hr. I have never saw this kind of issue with household brand on first day of using. Very disappointed.

Not reliable
Stopped working after 10 months I purchased a Ninja Portable Blender on sept last year, and I’m having an issue with the lights and operation. When I press the start button, the light is solid purple at first, then it begins blinking purple, eventually turns red, and then goes back to solid purple without blending.

Doesn’t hold charge
After about 10 uses the blender does not hold a charge. I will let it fully charge and then go to blend and the light immediately turns red without blending anything.

Not Built to Last
We bought our blenders about a year ago and now it won't even blend one smoothie without running out of battery. Very disappointed.

Love it
I really like it, but this is the third on I’ve had. Not sure why they quit working. Ninja was great, handled it quickly and got my new one right out to me with no hassles.
